Unfortunately, my experience wasn't all positive. The cleanliness in the bathroom left much to be desired, as I found remnants from previous guests upon checking in. Additionally, I encountered significant noise from the lobby area, which made it difficult to relax or sleep soundly. Finally, while the breakfast was decent, it wasn't as varied as I expected given the hotel's reputation.

Staying here for 5 nights was sheer delight! The staff, especially Redwan and Sofiyan, were phenomenal, making sure we felt welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. Our Standard Family Room was spacious and bright, and the reliable Wi-Fi allowed us to work from the comfort of our room or the stunning terrace, where we enjoyed the most delicious tajine I've ever had!

The property is beautiful and centrally located. We were welcomed like family and given a spacious room, even though we booked a standard one. The breakfast was delicious, and they served it early on our last day. The hot shower was a nice touch after a long day of exploring!
